Made in Heaven!

This special MCSO is a custom made guitar for Maurizio who lived in Italy. He has played dozens of guitars while still trying to find the one in his dream. After discussing with Ayers, Maurizio decided to choose a Jumbo body guitar with Spruce top and Ovangkol back and sides. Maurizio designed the fingerboard by himself and this cool design started from a treble clef. Maurizio is a graphic designer and had this idea in mind but the result of his first drawing was too schematic. Therefore, he asked his wife who is a jewelry designer to create something which symbolizing a butterfly with her wings flapping in the air. And this is the result. They called the guitar “Papillon”.
